  • Purpose: Your data is used for transaction processing, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance via goAML, RERA registration (MOU/Form F), and communicating relevant market updates.
  • Your Rights: Under UAE law, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data, subject to mandatory legal retention requirements.
  • Retention: In accordance with UAE Ministry of Economy and RERA regulations, we maintain transaction records for a minimum of five years.

  • Escrow Compliance: In accordance with UAE Law, all off-plan property payments must be made directly to RERA-approved project escrow accounts. Somerset Real Estate will never request property purchase funds to be paid to a company or individual account.
